1. Before Production Starts
If your order has been paid but production has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you wish to continue, simply place a new order after cancellation.

2. Orders Pending for More Than 3 Months
If your order has not been confirmed for production within 3 months, we will reach out via email.

If there is no response within 7 days after our reminder, we will treat the order as canceled and issue a refund (processing fees may apply).

3. 90-Day Quality Guarantee
From the date you receive your item, you are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee.

We will gladly replace, remake, or refund your order if:

The item was damaged during shipping (cracks, breakage, etc.)

The product differs significantly from your order (wrong design, size, or material)

Please provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Situations
Since our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

For issues caused by customer input (such as design errors, typos, or wrong size/color selected), refunds are not available. However, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your payment provider does not support direct refund, we’ll assist you with an alternative solution.

Please double-check your design, text, size, and color details before placing your order.

Please Upload PSD/PNG/PDF/AI file. Please providing CMYK colour. Need 500 resolution, 1000 pixels or more. The best file to upload is PNG transparent background or PSD format.
Warm Tips ：
①Our option for the same design on both sides means that the back side will be mirrored (if you don't want to use the mirror design on the back side, please provide the front and back side and choose the option for a different design on both sides)
②Different design for double side, please separate the layer.
③If your design with semi-transparent part, please separate your design's semi-transparent art from your artwork as an individual layer in PSD file, and name it.
④Charm size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge, not only the printing design size.

NOTICE：There is a protective film on the surface of ACRYMEE acrylic keychains(except the epoxy ones). The keychains will be very bright and transparent after films are torn off! If your design contains text, please select the option "Double sided different designs" (If you have ordered more than 5 keychains or have special requirements, we will offer you with proof/cutlines for confirm)

6.More than one designs for same size and same print technology,
- Name the files of each design: Name + Quantity + # (accessory number)
- Put all designs in one folder, then make them as one ZIP file
- Send the ZIP file to web for the product you choose
- If there are front and back printing requirement ,please separate the layer, please mark at your PSD diagram layer and choose double-side printing when you place order.
- If your design with translucent part,please separate your design's translucent art from your artwork as a individual layer in PSD file,and name it.
- Charm size should includ charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge,not only the printing design size.

Hi, this blog will introduce our latest process: No borders acrylic products!

We know many friends want it so long time, and we are trying to make them for you. And today we are so glad to announce Acrymee can do No borders for you!

As we know, borderless product has strong coherence as a whole, you only see your pattern in the acrylic board!

They are also water resistant and scratch resistant, for the pattern is sandwiched between acrylic and PET board.

Acrymee use Diamond cut, so you can see the bright edge for any acrymee products!

They can be customized for a wide range: Design and Shape, chains for over 30 kinds.

Drawing Notice

When preparing the art, enjoy!

1: 0.5 mm single bleeding edge (with color) must be left for cutting.

2. We can just need to upload your design with the background, don't need to draw the cutline! Our designer will draw for you.

3.Seperate with background and the character into different layers.

4. Note #full bleeding in your file name.

Resolution: 300 or 1000 pixels;

Color standard: CMYK

File format: JPG, PNG, PSD, JPEG.

PNG with transparent background will be the best.

Warm Tips:

1 We don't suggest making different patterns for double-sided borderless charms, for color crossing will occur.

2 You can do nearly all kinds of keychains for Borderless ones. So there is no particular page for it.

3 You just need to set the files well, and note in the order with "no border" for XX keychains.
