1. INTRODUCTION The ACRYMEE brand is owned and operated by Hangzhou Bemick Technology Co., Ltd. We provide bespoke production services for merchandise based on designs and specifications submitted by our customers. This policy outlines our protocols regarding intellectual property (IP) disputes and content guidelines.

2. USER WARRANTIES & INDEMNIFICATION By using our services, you warrant that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights (including copyrights and trademarks) for any images, design files, or text you submit to the platform.

  • Third-Party Rights: If you submit artwork owned by a third party, you assume full responsibility for its use. ACRYMEE shall not be held liable for any claims, costs, damages, or losses arising from actual or alleged infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights connected to your orders.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold ACRYMEE harmless against any liabilities arising from a breach of this warranty.

3. CONTENT GUIDELINES To maintain a respectful and creative environment, all submissions must adhere to the following standards:

  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content:
    • Permitted: Artistic or stylized representations of sensuality and nudity that lack explicit or graphic detail.
    • Prohibited: Content depicting visible genital nudity, explicit sexual acts, or overly suggestive behavior interpreted as explicit.
  • AI-Generated Content: To uphold the integrity of human creativity, ACRYMEE does not accept content produced entirely by artificial intelligence tools. We are committed to supporting original, human-created work.

4. OUR RIGHTS & DATA SECURITY

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel any order or contract if we have reason to believe the submitted artwork infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates our content guidelines.
  • Data Usage: Your uploaded design files are used strictly for production purposes. They will not be repurposed, resold, or used for any other commercial activity. We do not retain customer files for unauthorized use.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACRYMEE is committed to ensuring authenticity in all submissions. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate course of action to resolve disputes, which may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each case.
