Product Quality Guarantee

At Acrymee, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that each item meets our rigorous standards. If, however, a product does not meet these standards, we offer three solutions to promptly and efficiently resolve the issue for our valued customers.
 
Solution① Remanufacturing.

If a product does not meet our quality standards, we will arrange for its remanufacturing at no additional cost to the customer. 

Solution② Refund.

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

1. The order has not been received within 2 months of the purchase date.

2. More than half of the items are defective, and the customer chooses not to proceed with a remanufacture.

Solution③ Coupon as Compensation

At Acrymee, we want every order to be perfect. If there’s a minor issue that doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement, we may offer a $5–$20coupon as a goodwill gesture.

Typical cases include:

• Small printing flaws or packaging issues

• Minor delays in delivery

• Slight order discrepancies that don’t affect product use

The coupon amount depends on the issue’s severity and is issued at our discretion.
Coupons are for future use, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
