1. Before Production Starts
If your order has been paid but production has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you wish to continue, simply place a new order after cancellation.

2. Orders Pending for More Than 3 Months
If your order has not been confirmed for production within 3 months, we will reach out via email.

If there is no response within 7 days after our reminder, we will treat the order as canceled and issue a refund (processing fees may apply).

3. 60-Day Quality Guarantee
From the date you receive your item, you are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee.

We will gladly replace, remake, or refund your order if:

The item was damaged during shipping (cracks, breakage, etc.)

The product differs significantly from your order (wrong design, size, or material)

Please provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Situations
Since our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

For issues caused by customer input (such as design errors, typos, or wrong size/color selected), refunds are not available. However, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your payment provider does not support direct refund, we’ll assist you with an alternative solution.

Please double-check your design, text, size, and color details before placing your order.

Artwork Upload Guidelines

1. File Specifications

  • Recommended Formats: PSD or PNG (Transparent background). PDF and AI are also accepted.
  • Resolution & Color: Minimum 500 DPI (1000 pixels or more) .

2. Double-Sided Printing Options

  • Same Design on Both Sides: The back side will be mirrored.
    • ⚠️ Important: If your design includes TEXT, do not choose this option, or the text on the back will be reversed. Please choose "Different Design" instead.
  • Different Design on Both Sides: Please provide separate layers for the front and back designs.

3. Special Effects & Sizing

  • Semi-Transparency: Place any semi-transparent elements on a separate, clearly named layer in your PSD file.
  • Size Calculation: The size refers to the longest edge of the product, including the border and keyhole (not just the printed area).

4. Additional Notes

  • Protective Film: Acrylic keychains come with a protective film (except epoxy types). Please peel it off to reveal the clear, bright surface.
  • Proofs: For orders of 5+ items or special requests, we will provide a cutline proof for your confirmation.

NOTICE：There is a protective film on the surface of acrymee acrylic keychains(except the epoxy ones). The keychains will be very bright and transparent after films are torn off! If your design contains text, please select the option "Double sided different designs" (If you have ordered more than 5 keychains or have special requirements, we will offer you with proof/cutlines for confirm)
