refund policy

We work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the products that you receive from ACRYMEE.

On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to 60 days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.

Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the ACRYMEE team.

We will happily replace goods that are...
a) damaged in transit;
b) the wrong product or part to that specified in your order;
c) the incorrect material / size to that specified or supplied in your order

If custom jobs have been completed on your request, we are unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to...
a) your design;
b) the end result didn't turn out as you hoped it would (please see 'Samples' below).
c) International orders may be subject to import taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable fees required to receive their items, and shipments that are abandoned or refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.

Where is my refund?
We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method.
1、Credit card
After the refund is completed, it usually takes 5 to 15 days for the credit card consumer to receive the refund, depending on the processing speed of the respective bank.

Credit card
When you pay with a credit card, it takes between 1 and 2 billing cycles* for a refund to complete, depending on the card issuer.
* A credit card billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days. The number of days in each cycle can change, but it should be roughly one month.

Debit Card 
When you pay with your debit card, it will generally take up to 5 business days for your refund to be completed, however, depending on your card company, some refunds may take up to 30 days. If we are unable to apply the refund to your debit card, we will add it to your PayPal balance.

Bank account
When you pay with your bank account, we’ll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.

Some refunds may take up to thirty days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued.

For example, if a payment was still 'Pending' at the time of refund, the longer timeframe is most likely, depending on the bank involved.

PayPal balance
When you pay with your balance, the refund will go to your PayPal Balance on the same day.

PayPal balance plus credit card
When you pay with your balance and credit card, the refund will go to your PayPal balance and credit card. Once issued, the refund will go to your balance on the same day. The refund to the card can take between 1-2 billing cycles*, depending on the card issuer.
* A credit card billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days. The number of days in each cycle can change, but it should be roughly one month.

Samples
We do provide a sample service and you should expect to produce several prototypes of your design before going into final production. This will give you a clearer insight into how your final design will look and will help to avoid any disappointments once you have received your finished products.

Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the ACRYMEE team.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason

Order Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 30 days, provided that production has not yet started. If your cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped (and not during production), and within the cancellation period allowed by the website, the order can be successfully canceled.
