Artwork Upload Guidelines

1. File Specifications

Recommended Formats: PDF, AI, or PSD (CMYK mode supported).
Accepted: PNG (Transparent background), but please note that RGB colors may shift when printed.
Resolution & Color: CMYK color mode required. Minimum 500 DPI with 1000 pixels or more.

2. Double-Sided Printing Options

Same Design on Both Sides: The back side will be mirrored.
- ⚠️ Important: If your design includes TEXT, do not choose this option, or the text on the back will be reversed. Please choose "Different Design" instead.
Different Design on Both Sides: Please provide separate layers for the front and back designs.

3. Special Effects & Sizing

Semi-Transparency: Place any semi-transparent elements on a separate, clearly named layer in your PSD file.
Size Calculation: The size refers to the longest edge of the product, including the border and keyhole (not just the printed area).

4. Additional Notes

Protective Film: Acrylic keychains come with a protective film (except epoxy types). Please peel it off to reveal the clear, bright surface.
Proofs: For orders of 5+ items or special requests, we will provide a cutline proof for your confirmation.

How to Order from Acrymee:

Step 1: Select Your Product Visit Acrymee.com. Browse our collection to find the product you wish to customize.

Step 2: Customize Options On the product page, select your preferred technique, size, color, accessories, and quantity.

Step 3: Prepare Your Artwork (Important!) To ensure the best printing result, please follow these guidelines before uploading:

Multiple Designs: If ordering multiple designs with the same size and print technology, place all files in one folder and compress it into a ZIP file.
Double-Sided Printing: If the front and back designs differ, separate them into different layers in your file and mark them clearly. Select "Double-side printing" when ordering.
Translucency: If your design includes translucent parts, separate the translucent art onto an individual layer in the file and name it accordingly.
Sizing Note: Charm size is calculated by the longest edge, including the border and hole (not just the printed design).
Final Check: Please ensure you have selected the correct size/quantity and included all necessary images in your ZIP file.

Step 4: Upload & Add to Cart Upload your prepared file/ZIP.

Continue Shopping: After adding an item, return to the product collection page to add more.
Edit Cart: You can adjust quantities or remove items directly in the Shopping Cart page.

Step 5: Checkout & Discounts Bulk order discounts (e.g., for custom clear acrylic keychains) will be automatically applied and displayed on the payment page.

🎨 Design Guidelines (Important!)

To ensure the best result, please follow these steps when preparing your art:

Bleed Area: Please leave a 0.5 mm bleed area (extend the color beyond the edge) for cutting.
Layering: Separate the character/pattern and the background into different layers.
Cutlines: No need to draw the cutline! Just upload your design with the background, and our designers will handle it for you.
Naming: Please include "#full bleeding" in your file name.
Resolution: 300 DPI minimum (1000 pixels recommended).
Color Mode: CMYK is required.

File Format: PNG (transparent background preferred), JPG, PSD, or JPEG.

⚠️ Warm Tips & Limitations

Double-Sided Issues: We do not recommend using different patterns on the front and back for borderless charms, as color overlapping (bleeding through) may occur.
Accessories: Don't want holes? Just leave a note. You can also send us your own accessories or packaging (additional manual fees apply).
