01. Do your shipping options include import duties and taxes?

 Yes! Our shipping options now cover all import duties and taxes for the following regions:

  • U.S. orders

  • Mexico

  • The U.K. and most EU countries (excluding Cyprus and Malta)

     You can enjoy tax-inclusive shipping with no hidden fees.

02. Minimum Order Quantity
Except for products with a clearly stated minimum order quantity, most products allow for a minimum purchase of just one piece.

03. Do I have to pay customs duty charges?
You can review "the product cost and the shipping fee" on the checkout page when you proceed to the shopping cart. International customers may incur import taxes or fees.

04. What payment do you offer?
Shop Pay/Shopify Payments/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Paypal, Credit/Debit Card.

05. How to save more?

06. How long will I receive the item?
Processing Time: 5-10 days
The production time for epoxy/resin and quicksand products will be a bit longer.

Shipping Time:
Standard Delivery: 8-12 business days
Fast Delivery: 6-9 business days
Expedited Delivery: 3-5 business days

07. Order Process
Step 1. Choose the Printing Method
Step 2. Choose the Additional Technique
Step 3. Choose the Size
Step 4. Choose the Accessories. You can choose multiple types you want.
Step 5. Click the UPLOAD FILE button and upload your artwork.
Step 6. Enter the Quantity. Most products have No Minimum Order Quantity!
Step 7. Click the Add to Cart button. Check your order and the price. If there is no problem, you can click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Step 8. Enter your address information and choose the payment method. Apply the discount code if you have one.

08. Product Template
You only need to upload the original design to us. We have designers to make the cutline or hole for you, you just need to indicate your requirements(such as hole position). Also, you can mail us at acrymee@acrymee.com with your order number and more detailed requirements.

09. File Requirements

  • Multiple File Submission: Multiple files must be uploaded as a single ZIP archive.
  • Format: CMYK color mode is required. We highly recommend PDF, AI, or PSD files for the best print quality. (Note: Please avoid PNG if possible, as it is RGB-only).
  • Resolution: 500 DPI or higher (Minimum 1000px width/height).
  • Cutlines: Just upload your artwork; our designers will handle the cutlines for you.
  • Borders: Default clear border is 2mm. Please leave a note if you require "Borderless" (Full Bleed).
  • Sizing: The size includes the border and is calculated based on the longest side.
  • Double-sided Printing: If your design includes text on both sides, please ensure the text on the back design is mirrored to avoid reading errors.
