At Acrymee, we are committed to excellence. We enforce rigorous quality standards to ensure every product meets your expectations. In the rare event of an issue, we offer three streamlined solutions to resolve the matter efficiently.

1. Free Remanufacturing If a product fails to meet our quality standards due to manufacturing defects, we will arrange for a free remake of the affected items. No additional cost will be incurred by the customer.

2. Refunds Refunds are available under the following specific conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: The order has not been received within 2 months of the purchase date.
  • Major Defects: More than 50% of the items are defective, and the customer chooses not to proceed with remanufacturing.

3. Compensation (Store Credit/Coupon) For minor imperfections that do not affect the product's functionality, we may offer a $5–$20 coupon as a gesture of goodwill.

  • Applicable scenarios: Minor printing flaws, slight packaging damage, minor delivery delays, or negligible discrepancies.
  • Terms: The amount depends on the severity of the issue. Coupons are for future use only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

60-Day Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: We cover manufacturing defects such as structural breakage, cracking, or adhesive failure within 60 days of receipt. We will repair or replace the affected items during this period.
  • Exclusions:
    1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or "human error" (non-manufacturing defects).
    2. Compensation claims exceeding the original value of the order.
    3. Requests to change the design, material, or craft specifications during the remanufacturing process (remakes must match the original order specifications).
