Refund Policy

At ACRYMEE, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. However, if you encounter any issues, please review our policy below.

1. Reporting an Issue If you are unhappy with your order, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to contact us. Please provide a clear and concise description of the problem.

  • Important: Please do not return any products unless explicitly instructed to do so by a member of the ACRYMEE team.

2. Replacements & Company Responsibility We will happily replace goods at no cost to you (including shipping) if:

  • The items were damaged in transit.
  • You received the wrong product or part.
  • The material or size is incorrect compared to your order specifications.

3. Custom Orders & Exclusions For custom jobs completed per your request, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements if the issue is due to:

  • Your Design: Errors or flaws in the design file you provided.
  • Subjective Expectations: The end result did not turn out as you hoped.
    • Recommendation: We strongly advise utilizing our Sample Service to produce prototypes before final production. This provides insight into the final look and helps avoid disappointment.
  • Import Issues: International orders may be subject to import taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for these fees. Shipments abandoned or refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Our Fault: If goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, you are not responsible for shipping fees.
  • Customer's Fault: If a return is initiated due to customer reasons (where applicable), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 30 days of placement, provided that production has not yet started.

  • If the order has been shipped or is already in production, it cannot be canceled.

6. Refund Processing Times All refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Credit Card (Direct Payment):
    • Takes 5 to 15 days depending on your bank's processing speed.
  • PayPal:
    • PayPal Balance: Refunds are processed on the same day.
    • Debit Card via PayPal: Usually takes up to 5 business days, but can take up to 30 days depending on the card company. (If refund fails, it will be added to your PayPal balance).
    • Credit Card via PayPal: Takes 1 to 2 billing cycles (approx. 28–60 days) depending on the card issuer.
    • Bank Account via PayPal: Automatically transferred; usually takes up to 5 business days (up to 30 days if the original payment was still "Pending").
    • Split Payment (Balance + Card): Balance portion is refunded same-day; Card portion takes 1–2 billing cycles.
