Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times We offer a variety of secure delivery options tailored to your needs. Please note that transit times listed below are estimates and do not include production time.

  • Expedited Shipping (4-10 days): DHL, UPS, FedEx, Sagawa, etc.
  • Air Shipping (3-9 days): Specialized air freight.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • General: CNE Express (7-12 days) / USPS (8-16 days)
    • Russia: Russian Post (60-90 days)
  • Economy Shipping: CNE Express (15-30 days) / USPS (10-20 days)
  • Ocean Shipping: 20-50 days (Best for bulk/heavy orders).

2. Production & Processing Time Since our products are custom-made, total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Design Confirmation: 1-2 days.
  • Production: 5-12 days.
  • Shipping: Depends on the method selected above.

3. Important Notes on Shipping Constraints

  • Restricted Items: Due to aviation safety regulations, orders containing restricted items (e.g., liquids, batteries) may require split shipments or alternative freight channels. Note: If a shipping method must be changed due to these restrictions, tax-inclusive shipping services (DDP) may no longer be available.
  • Calculations: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Why are certain shipping options unavailable at checkout? If you do not see Economy, Standard, or Ocean Shipping options, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Weight Limits: Your parcel is either too heavy for Economy/Standard or too light for Ocean Shipping (which has a high minimum weight requirement).
  • Cost Optimization: In some weight ranges, Expedited Shipping is cheaper than Economy. Our system automatically hides the slower, more expensive option to save you money.
  • Regional Availability: The specific carrier may not service your location.

5. International Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside of China, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival.

  • Buyer Responsibility: These fees are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Non-Refundable: If a shipment is abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund. We recommend addressing customs requirements within 7-14 days to avoid the destruction of your package.
