Refund & Return Policy
1. Before Production Starts
If your order has been paid but production has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you wish to continue, simply place a new order after cancellation.

2. Orders Pending for More Than 3 Months
If your order has not been confirmed for production within 3 months, we will reach out via email.

If there is no response within 7 days after our reminder, we will treat the order as canceled and issue a refund (processing fees may apply).

3. 90-Day Quality Guarantee
From the date you receive your item, you are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee.

We will gladly replace, remake, or refund your order if:

The item was damaged during shipping (cracks, breakage, etc.)

The product differs significantly from your order (wrong design, size, or material)

Please provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Situations
Since our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

For issues caused by customer input (such as design errors, typos, or wrong size/color selected), refunds are not available. However, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your payment provider does not support direct refund, we’ll assist you with an alternative solution.

6. A Friendly Reminder
Please double-check your design, text, size, and color details before placing your order.

②両面異なるデザインですので、レイヤーを分けてご使用ください。
③半透明部分のあるデザインの場合は、デザインの半透明部分をアートワークから分離し、PSDファイル内で個別のレイヤーとして名前を付けてください。
 ④チャームのサイズはチャームの縁と穴も含み、印刷デザインのサイズだけでなく最長の辺によって決まります。

ご注意： Vokadiアクリルキーホルダー（エポキシ樹脂製を除く） の表面には保護フィルムが貼られています。フィルムを剥がすと、キーホルダーは非常に明るく透明になります。デザインに文字が含まれる場合は、「両面異なるデザイン」オプションを選択してください。（キーホルダーを5個以上ご注文の場合、または特別なご要望がある場合は、確認用の校正／カットラインをご提供いたします。）
